Did you know 32% of adults experience feelings of loneliness which has led to health problems in America. 1 in 3 Americans are lonely and that's why we are here. Our mission is to be there for you and fill in that lonely gap spark joy and happiness and be a listening ear.

We are here for you and to be a reminder your not alone and it's ok to have a bad day. We have skills and experience working and handling all types of people personalities, situations and problems. Our goal is to make a difference in the world and if answering a phone call and lending an ear can make the slightest difference in some ones life we will have achieved our goal.

Here at the B/A Hotline we treat every call personal. We want to build relationships make people feel heard understood and appreciated. Booking a conversation with me allows you a private and confidential time with me to discuss any and everything you want. We are not here to judge or point fingers this is a safe space.

Hello I am Princess Serrano 29 yrs old from Michigan currently reside in Florida. I have 2 kids who are my world. I am a certified nurse assistant, a certified leasing consultant. I've worked in food, healthcare, customer service, retail, corporate, call center and more. I am a very ambitious self driven boss made woman.
