We are here for you and to be a reminder your not alone and it's ok to have a bad day. We have skills and experience working and handling all types of people personalities, situations and problems. Our goal is to make a difference in the world and if answering a phone call and lending an ear can make the slightest difference in some ones life we will have achieved our goal.

Here at the B/A Hotline we treat every call personal. We want to build relationships make people feel heard understood and appreciated.
